I have two Bialetti 3-cup Moka Pots, a Moake Express and a Moka Cafe. The Cafe came with a silicone gasket and I’ve never had a problem with the seal leaking. The Express came with a hard rubber gasket and I have continuous problems with the seal leaking. Unless I over tighten the base it will sometimes drip outside the base and always leaks grounds inside the base. These silicone gaskets are exactly the same ID and OD as the original but maybe 1 or 2 mm thicker. They are also much softer than the original rubber so seal better without having to over tighten the base. A much better solution at a good price.

I recently bought a 4 cup bialetti espresso coffee pot, and shortly after, needed a new gasket that holds the filter inside. This works soooooooo well!

I left my classic aluminum 3-cup Moka Pot on the burner for like half an hour on high, which turned the coffee into lava and the rubber ring into an oozing sticky mess. I thought it was a total loss, but amazingly enough I was able to boil the coffee out, and a solid half-hour of cleaning with Goo-Gone removed the ring mess. But now, no ring. I was going to buy a 3-pack of replacement rubber rings, but I saw this when I looked around. I figured, no big loss, so I ordered this. WOW! Great replacement. First, no rubber smell at all of course (they're silicone). Second, they're slightly thicker than the rubber rings but they seat really well and I think the two halves of the pot are slightly easier to separate after making coffee. Third, they're just a hair smaller (and thicker) so they easily pop out when I'm cleaning the grounds strainer, with the result is that it is _much_ easier to clean. I also bought a 4-cup Moka Pot Induction, and the first thing I did was put in one of these rings. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, even if you don't need a new rubber ring yet.

I wish I had found these sooner and saved a lot of headaches. These are more slippery, so easier to seal and unscrew Mokapot. These do NOT stretch or deform, like rubber does.Coffee grounds do NOT get embedded in the material, as happens with rubber.Have used this new ring 1-2 times/day for three months so far. Very happy with this product. The 8 rings may last me YEARS.

this seems promising - I have 2 Bialetti MOKA Express pots - one is a 3-cup and one is a 6-cup. I ordered 2 different sizes of the silicone gaskets and both sets arrived same day and even though packaging says 3-cup and 6-cup respectively they are unfortunately identical in size. Both of them are 3-cup dimensions. But the 6-cup should be wider diameter as per specs for pot and as they listed in description for this product. I am guessing someone made a mistake and put the wrong size in the wrong package which is annoying for me to now have to deal with return - not sure if this mistake is for an entire batch that Amazon has or just a one of error… otherwise they seem better than the original rubber gaskets that disintegrate over time. Hoping the silicone version holds up better once they send me the correct size.

We got these for our Bialetti Moka pot since the rubber seal was leaking when we made coffee. These ones are far superior to the rubber! We haven't had any leaking since replacing our old one and these are easier to clean the coffee grounds off of. Plus, they seem to last a lot longer than the rubber ones do.

Much better than the original rubber gasket. And I was actually shocked when it was an eight pack. When I ordered it, I simply looked at the picture of the handholding too gaskets, and just assumed that how I was getting. Pleasantly surprised that I got enough for the next few years! no reason to think these will deteriorate at all, unless you over torque them.

This gasket replaces the old gasket that Isla wants $50 for 3. My model is the brushed stainless steel now branded as a Cuisinox Milano Satin Espresso Maker. The replacement gaskets seem to be better quality and doubtfully will get that nasty smell the original gasket currently has acquired over several years. Thanks for making this replacement gasket available at a fair price. The dimensions of the gasket I purchased was 55mm ID 75mm OD. Although I think the ID is really 54mm, it fits perfectly in the coffee maker. The only downside compared to OEM is it’s a bit tricky to get out and clean. However, I think the pros far outweigh the cons.

It's thicker than the original gasket for my Sara Moka pot and just slightly larger. I can't tighten the top and bottom enough to prevent leakage while brewing. Make sure you check ALL the dimensions carefully! Other than that, these look well-made and should last a long time in the right pot.
