IT arrived safely.. haven't used it yet. The booklet inside is for a bigger roaster this one is supposed be a 8qt. Would love to make some cakes but my 8x8 doesn't even fit... very disappointed ☹️

This portable roasting oven is a bonafide piece of junk. Its a great size, but doesn't roast at all. I cooked two pot pies in it that should have taken 38-45 minutes on 400 degrees. After an hour and ten minutes in this " oven", the food still wasn't cooked! Im assuming, its because of a design flaw.....the lid on this oven has two 3/8" wide holes on the lid which allow the heat inside to ESCAPE! A really silly feature. Never again will I buy a roaster oven from China. This is my second try. Terrible product. Would have given it 0 stars, but Amazon's review process won't let me proceed without choosing a star......another silly feature.
