I never leave product reviews. But not only does this meet the needs of our community center, dealing with the seller's customer service team was phenomenal. We are having issues with UPS refusing to deliver to our community center. The seller immediately switched shippers when I let them know. They responded within minutes of me sending the email. The item arrived more than two weeks before it was due for delivery! We are no longer scrambling to find Chromebooks and chargers each day.
