About this item

  • ⭐99% ANTI-UV - Car window tint film effectively blocks out 99% of UV rays, which can protect your skin and prevent your car seat from aging and fading. And can effectively block the sun heat, creat a comfortable interior environment. Non-metallized auto window tint film ensures the undisrupted use of radio and cell phones in the vehicle.
  • ⭐NANO-CERAMIC PRINCIPLE - Adopting nano-ceramic film technology that absorbs sputtering sunlight, absorbs and exchanges heat, so when the vehicle moves, it has a more advantageous heat dissipation effect. Therefore, some customers think that the higher the temperature of the film is the quality of the film itself. In fact, this is the principle of the nano-ceramic film, which absorbs heat first and then dissipates it.
  • ⭐2 PLY DESIGN - 2 ply design with a scratch resistant coating, which results in no chances of fading, no bubbling and peeling off even after years of use.
  • ⭐SHATTER-PROOF & ANTI GLARE - Strengthen glass, Effectively prevent accidents caused by glass splash. And can effectively block the sun or the car headlamps strong glare light.
  • ⭐NOTE - In order to easily remove the liner protecting the film, simply use 2 pieces of tape to apply to both sides of the corners and pull. And please spray as much soapy water as possible on the glue side and glass before putting it on the window, which will reduce the bubbles. And two people work together will be better.

Brand "SW" 80% ceramic tint 20"x10' . Very light and almost not able to see window is tinted. My stock windows are very slightly baby blue colored so this addition isnt easy to see. I did only the drivers side window. Installation was ok, but this was my second attempt, and its not perfect. If you want perfect go see the pro installer. This 2nd attempt is really nice however. Use lots of water. The old tint removed easily by just peeling it away from the glass, but the tint was in place only about 2 months. Follow the instructions, but a lot is going on when installing this stuff, so for a non-pro they should not expect pro results. Good temp reduction and i'll know soon about uv reduction (i have uv cards ready for test).

Easy enough to install. I amA mechanical type person, so super easy. However it was installed on a bedroom window that faces the morning sun. Incredible heat coming through the glass. I purchased this in hopes to cut that heat down. I maybe had a 15-20 percent decrease in heat. This stuff is pretty much worthless. Don’t waste your money here.

I did a quick test of this 80% VLT (46% TSER claimed) film next to a piece of 35% VLT (43% TSER claimed) by temporarily adhering both to my windshield and parking in sun. I measured the temperature of my black dashboard after 15 mins and 2 hours in the sun. This 80% film reduced the dashboard temperature by approximately 10 degrees. The 35% film reduced it by approximately 20 degrees. Supposedly they have about the same TSER value, so I would have expected both films to have similar results. However, this film only had half the heat reduction of the darker film.Keep in mind, the area without any film was at 155 degrees after two hours. The 80% and 35% were at 146 and 135 respectively. So, this will help a little, but it's not going to make your vehicle feel cool if you have to park in the sun.I decided to use this anyway because it does provide some benefit, just not as much as I hoped. It would be interesting to see how this compares to something like 3M crystalline if I could find a sample to test with.

Does not look like what they have on the ad, even with PPF installation experience I struggled with this product, having all the tools and know how. You know what they say about some things, you get what you pay for, I shouldn’t have expected a 10 when shopping on Broadway!

I used it on my home windows, it was enough to do 3 windows 34" wide x 72" but because I had to cut it for the top window then another piece for the bottom window six times. The first piece turned out to be the worst and the sixth piece was the best lol. The first one I cut to match the window and because it was super hot outside the water on the window was drying before I could get the film separated, so I kept having to wet the window. The most difficult part was getting the film to separate and I wish I would've had a helper but I did it alone. The film when you are pulling the back off it will want to stick to itself and when that happens just use a water bottle with the soapy solution and spray it alot as you pull the back off or even in the area where it gets stuck on itself. I advice not cutting it to fit before hand but rather keep an extra inch on all sides and use an exacto knife and trim it after you get it flat on the window (I used a wide squeegee made for this purpose that I bought separately) By the time I got to the last window I figured out how to get the film off the back by using electrical tape lol (I am not one to read all the directions which suggests using tape) and I also began putting water on the back as I took the film off and then put it on the window vs pulling it off from under it while trying to put it on the window as I did the first time and found out real quick it was too difficult. Also the tape came in handy to hold the film on the corner of the window while I smooth it out.

We needed some ‘heat-rejecting’ film to install on dormer windows which receive intense summer sun (that are not practical to install window coverings on). After reviewing A LOT of products -- most of which were heavily tinted and reflective which wasn’t desirable -- we came across this product and a review by a gentleman named Blake who had installed it on his truck windows. His comments about how much heat the film 'rejected' were enough for us to give it a try.The install turned out well (make sure to keep the film really wet) – and we are VERY HAPPY with the significant reduction in solar gain through these windows.
