Steel Slide-In Economy T-Nut Hardware
The slide-in economy T-nut with centered or off-set thread is a cost-effective fastening option available with options in size, material, thread, and finish. It loads from the profile ends and may have a pilot thread projection that adds additional threading for increased strength.
Preload your hardware before attaching to the brackets or plates to ensure ease of installation.
Commonly used with a bolt to secure brackets and plates to the t-slot of an aluminum extrusion.
Comes in a wide variety of series, sizes, threads, and finishes.
No machining required when using a t-nut and a bolt to mount corner brackets and joining plates.

They fit exactly how I wanted. They are food grade and weldable. I keep a stock as extras in my shop now. They come in very handy when you need them.

these are awesome, i used them to mount cleats and bimini fittings on the t-rail of my jon boat. i did have to clip them a little smaller so they would grab better (used bolt cutters to clip 1/16th or so off each side so they could turn more inside the t-rail & bite once i tightened down the hardware which was 1/4-20 1.5" flat head socket cap screws 18-8 stainless). i had first used carriage bolts with wingnuts, but on the cleats the wingnuts were in the way tying the rope up to the dock, so i found these & they allow the cleats to have flush hardware but still use the t-rail system on my jon boat instead of drilling holes, quality stainless has not rusted, & i'm in salt water

The description says......"This t-nut measures .443 x .124 x 0.765 - 1.015 inch long". I thought that a bit strange but only needed 10 @ 1.015 so I took a chance hoping it would be a mix of the 2 sizes. Nope, all 25 are .765 which is usless to me. So, buyer beware.....all the hardware is .765. Their description is false.

If you're looking for t-nuts replacements for your Prinsu or Prospeed roof rack, purchase these! Since they're stainless steel they should hold up better and not rust.
