This great for a homeowner carrying drywall, plywood or a sheet of melamine. I suppose if you work construction and don't have this you'd get used to carrying 4x8 sheets of stuff, but this sure makes it easier for someone who only does this occasionally. It's especially handy if you have to carry sheets and get walk under a tree branch or something which can be really challenging. Saves wear and tear on your hands too.
