Update May 21, 2024:Putting this as 2 star only due to the nice design, and wide range temperature control for tea.Returning this. Per my old review, this unit looks nice, but it just has many major flaws in my opinion.1. The button position is very problematic, you definitely can't use boiling water with your finger pressing on the button.2. The water container is glass, it's nice, BUT it just means that it won't be able to retain heat well. So, it will be a waste of electricity since it will cool down fast, and then re-heating it.3. Heating the water is quite loud, we often hear clicking noises. Well, it's not loud, it's just noticeable, and it gets annoying after some time.Such a shame. Very nice design, but the functionalities in terms of practical usages just aren't there.==========I'm risking it all by buying this without any review.So, it's good looking. Like, it looks so nice. The water container can be pulled out as well. Functions are great.Unfortunately, I have no idea how this product even pass the QA test. You try pouring boiling water, the button being in the front just doesn't work because the boiling water will fall to your glass, the steam from the glass will go up, and it will burn your finger due to the steam. This is such a flawed design. Don't they test pouring boiling water into a glass? Obviously not.Anyway, we're trying to make this work by trying to buy a tool to help us touch the screen so that our hand / finger won't get burned.Though this is looking like it's gonna get returned as it is not functional.....that is hand get burned from the steam due to the button location....
