I wasn’t sure if these were a waste of my money because a little pricey but I have to say I really do love these. Made well. Clean up easy. Weight a little heavy but my cake looked store bought. I was very happy with my purchase.

I really love them when doing my cakes, great tool to have when making textures on cakes, really sturdy. Not to expensive. They don't weight so easy to hold and scrape.

I was able to make this cake using the scalloped edge. I thought it turned out really well. The only bad thing is that the metal left black streaks all over my cake board when I swiped it across. It was so bad that I had to change cake boards after the layers were already stacked. I took a paper towel and wiped the edge of the scraper until no black showed. I do like that they are thin with sharper edges.
