This tool made removing the rusted in wheel bearing way easier. Ive done it with and without the tool, and I will never try to do it without the hub buster again. You Tube shows guys smacking the heck out of this thing to knock the hubs out in 1 swing. I chose a more measured approach. Using a 4 lb hammer, I stuck the tool with it clocked at 12, 2, 5, 7, an 10 o'clock positions. This helped wiggle the hub out of the knuckle smoothly. It did take several rotations, but it was no drama.I had to sacrifice 2 lug nuts to apply the tool. The nuts supplied did not work for me. No big deal, I have extra lug nuts on the shelf anyway.

My 2010 Silverado spent the first 12 years of its life in the Chicago area, and this is the first time the wheel hub/bearing has been replaced, so I figured it was going to be a total bear and I was correct. I felt good about this tool right out of the box as the part that bolts to the hub is just over 3/4 of an inch thick steel. I got it bolted on and gave it five or six blows with a 10 pound sledgehammer. It made enough of a gap so that I could get a crowbar behind the hub and pry it the rest the way off.

The nuts and washers were useless for me. I ended up just using my wheel lugnuts.

Doesn’t work as advertised. Tool bends and part is still stuck.

Out of every tool available, this is the only one that managed to free an extremely rusted hub.

Bought it but haven't used it yet, it looks like it's of good quality, it's a good thing

Unfortunately, it didn’t work at all. I had high hopes after seeing reviews, but multiple people tried and weren’t successful. I wouldn’t depend on it. The paint flakes off immediately and dents. Even if it does work, I wouldn’t imagine it lasting forever.
