Do like and it works. Only thing I would have liked it a tad larger. My old one was a bit larger and easier to keep things level. I some placed a smaller one would be best.

While working on another project I quickly realized I needed a wood rasp. Rasp in hand I was able to make quick work smoothing out the rough bits of my project and was complete. The different sizes and angles helped with precision. As far as comfort I simply wrapped an old rag around the half i was holding to get more stability and minimize wear on my hands.
