I purchased this diesel heater from TOOL-HOME. When it arrived it did not work. It would start the ignition sequence but the diesel would not ignite, shut off (blank screen), and then the screen would come back on. No error codes were ever produced. I tried three different power inverters and two batteries without results. I also followed the trouble shooting in the manual. I then contacted the seller, TOOL-HOME , for a replacement heater or a refund. After several exchanges of messages through Amazon where the seller asked reasonable questions about what my problem was and what had been done to try and get the heater to work, they shipped me another heater. When it arrived I set it up and it worked. It has now been used daily for about two weeks PERFECTLY! No matter what you buy there will always be a bad one sooner or later, a lemon. BUT, GOOD Service is getting hard to fine and TOOL-HOME is one place that provides it.

not good I've received it put it together added fuel and the tanked leaked it was damaged. Wrote an email just to get another tank haven't heard anything. Not good

The first one I had only worked a few hours i contacted them and they sent me a repsir part I tried getting it fixed but no matter what I did it wouldn’t work so they sent me another one and it works greet I ran 5 tanks of fuel thru it and perfect

Received this in the mail got it out of the box and put it together to only find out that gas tank that holds the fuel was cracked and leaked out all over our garage floor so not only did we get a broken tank we also lost our fuel!

Heater works good. easy to install and operate. it has a Noise and the Fan was rubbing internally and had to open it and clear it from rubbing. Possible from mishandling on shipping, I used Diesel and switch to Kerosene from time to time to clear out the Sut on the system, can mix 30% used oil with Keresone or Diesel with no problem. Just filter the used before putting it on the tank and mixed well.

Just don’t run heavy weight motor oil and don’t run used motor oil. If somehow, you can figure out a way to clean it that would be OK. You can run kerosene diesel vegetable oil, but you may have to add a converter. I would not recommend running it directly off of a battery.
