The ragged box containing the product (not the parcel box it was delivered in) looked like it sat in the trunk of car for 6 months before it reached me. The product was obviously used as there were scuff marks in multiple places and also had markings on the mounting holes to show that it was actually installed onto a surface at one point. Oh and the wires were unraveled. I wish I had time to return it for a replacement but I don't so I'll have to cross my fingers and hope that it works.

My company services more than 100 quick & self serve fuel and food stores. This little horn speaker is my latest pick for my customers' in house paging system. Walk in coolers with loud compressors are no match for these compact paging horns. Great product, thank you! BTW,the Viking 15 watt will push 5 of these without straining! Both products are fine!
