Grilling rails Vine review. Brand: MACTANO. I had recently grilled steaks and declared a day of “Why not” grilling. The premise is, these rails will hold all kinds of things securly, allowing them to be securly "group flipped". Unlike skewers that allow rotation, which can prove frustrating when food A on the skewer rotates and food B on the skewer does not! From🙈 to 😡. I went to the grocery store for suspects to…. rail:1. Wings of course. Specifically wing portions.2. Sausage of course.3. Bacon wrapped jalapenos.4. Turkey bacon wrapped jumbo shrimp.5. Then a hodge-podge of fajita meats with blankets of bell & poblano pepper, red onion and turkey bacon.See photo. The wide rail separation is 2”. Whatever you put in has to not only be longer than that, but will not bend enough that the food is pushed through by the top narrow rail. Simple as that.The results were quite logical. If it was 3” long, reasonably stiff, and consistent thickness down the line, it worked great.1. The wing portions held like a champ, that was a given. Drumettes would have worked also, just didn’t want the extra time for that thickness and the melee going on.2. Sausage - Those guys really misbehave on the grill like no other, even hitting the ground. This will keep them in line! But the really fat ones might require some rail bending. So have a dedicated bent rail for them?3. The bacon wrapped jalapenos, much the same size and thickness as the wing portions also were ideal. (Tip: These cream cheese filled jalapenos were the star of my only whole turkey "fry-day"…. so very good.)4. The shrimp were 16-20, the largest they had. The next size larger would be a better fit for your “shrimp/prawn on the barbie. The turkey bacon was ill advised as a wrap. A thick slice of regular bacon with a toothpick, and the rail might have held. That’s for another day!5. The beef fajita and chicken breast fajita, both pre-marinated were a snap, cause I cut them to be. The push to cut strips ahead of time is testing that they can go directly from grill into the tortilla wraps of those “wise guys” hanging around the grill. The veggies worked as well as raw veggies work. I prefer the k-bob 24 hour marinated. AKA submersion therapy. I am NOT buying the listing photo showing the rail of vegetables. It is easy to see that those guys are going to fall out when cooked and turned over. (Some might fall out just picking that rail up!)Sorry about the lack of my photos. Things got hectic.Post cook is where these rails really shine, leave them in a sink of hot soapy water while you eat. A simple brush stroke or two will wipe them clean. But then I didn’t burn them to a crisp! And you know how much work those bbq screens take. Ugh.For a rating, take that price you see and divide by 8. That’s a 5 star value. Don’t need 8? The item actually keep the wings from falling in between the space on the grill holds everything still and allow it to cook evenly. They are easy to use and easy to clean. Can hold up to 8 wings at 1 time depending the thwart sized of the wing. They hold the wings to tether for a more even cook and distribution of heat. Now the wings can be flipped at one time.

These devices certainly help when flipping and turning meats on the grill. They actually reduce our grilling time because of the grill cover not needing to be off so long during the flipping process. Like anything that goes on the grill, it takes some scrubbing to get them clean again but it sure helps to soak them a while in good soapy water first. They appear to be made of a decent stainless steel because there's no trace of rust yet, but time will tell.I give these wing rails 3 stars because to me they are about average in size, quality, and net price of what is available on the market.all the bestdr

These grilling rails are my new favorite thing for our grill! They make grilling so much simpler now that I can just flip the entire rail instead of each individual piece of meat. This makes everything cook faster I feel like because it's all done at the same time in a rail. These stainless steel wing grill rails are awesome and I definitely recommend!

I haven't used it on the grill yet because it got cold. But, I have used this in the oven. I really enjoy that the chicken stays in place and that it's so easy to flip. Not gonna lie, I seasoned my party wings after I put them in the sleeve. It just seems easier to me instead of turning each individual one. And I could be imagining things but they seemed to get a little bit more crispy in this thing.It's very convenient. I really like it and an glad I got it. Would absolutely recommend this.
