I use a lot of 10x10 Coleman canopies for my fruit stand business, and while the frames are great, and easy to repair, the fabric does wear out. Ordered this as a replacement, and like it quite a bit. The material seems high quality, blocks the sun and the rain. I will be buying these for every one of my stands as their fabric wears out.Just a few negatives, the first is that the fit is tight, and even after a few weeks of use hasn't seemed to loosen up much, so you really have to stretch it over the corner hinges, the second and maybe more importantly if you set up your canopy and windy conditions like I do, is that while the original had strings coming from reinforced tabs on the corners, which I tied to something heavy to hold the canopy down, this just has a loop sewn into the corners that ripped out pretty quickly in a 20 mph wind, so I was forced to tie a rope to the inside support, as you can see in the picture. It's a fine fix, it still folds up easily without having to untie the ropes, but isn't as good as the original.Overall though, I'd highly recommend.

I ordered 1 replacement canopy and then separately 2 side panels for an 8x8 canopy frame I already had. This fit the frame just fine. Is white on the outside, and silver on the inside. It's definitely better than what came with the frame in the 1st place as far as reflection & cooling. But I am not sure how long it'll last as there was a slight tear that cropped up while we were putting it on. The good news is that it only tore on the silver under part, the white upper side held so the double layering might help with its lifespan.What is wrong with it is that the 4 corner velcro pieces were absolutely put on wrong or were missing a piece during manufacturing, so not only are they too short to go around the posts, but even if they could, they are not male & female pieces so they wouldn't have stuck to each other. We ended up just using clips. Luckily there are 2 velcro pieces that work in the middle of each side and 4 smaller ones closer to the top of the canopy to help keep it all together.Time will tell how long it lasts, but for the price, it should get us through the hottest part of the season.

It works, with a few caveats. These tops are made to fit numerous manufacturers products, sooooBecause of differences in frames, this top is made somewhat larger than needed. What that does is createsa sag on the four sides .When it rains, these will fill with water and destroy the topTo eliminate this, I took 1"x 1" pine boards and ran 8 of them to create a top with no sagLittle bit of work, but now the top is perfect

Even though I took measurements it to not fit right at all did somewhat good I'll let it left out and I'm real bad wind and rain storm and didn't live long my fault though

We purchased the beige colored cover to replace the red one in the photo. The red one was advertised as a 10'x10' Craftsman brand from Lowes/Rona. After measuring it, it is actually 118cm (9.84'). I believe this canopy would be a tight fit for a true 10'. This already was a snug fit.The material is canvas-like with a thin silver layer on the underside. The velcro fits nicely in the corners and has additional velcro loops for the crossing brackets.It does not include tie down strings.Our original had an air vent at the top and a few drain holes in the fabric. This one does not, so we will see how it holds in the wind and rain. Seems like an economically priced replacement. Would be great to get a few more years from it as the frame is still in great shape.We use it to cover the pool, patio table and take camping.

Purchased because my Walmart canopy had worn and was leaking. This fit amazing and tight for our 10x10.My walls still fitOnly downfall it does not have velcro to attach my screen to but corners have velcroAnd it has attachments on sides.Great material heavier then what we had before.Is it waterproof? Not tested yet but will update when I discover

The size very suitable and the workmanship is very good,but do not use them for a long time, remember to take them back, I put them in the backyard for a summer, but when I took them back, I found cracks on the surface, I may buy a new one next year, hoping to get some discount.
