I've been using these Stainless Steel Hotel Pans for for the last few months to prep big meals for my family on the BlackStone, and they’ve become a griddle essential. I’ve used them for meat veggies, mostly for prep, but they've been great at keeping things warm too! They’ve held up great and are easy to clean and store.Cleaning is straightforward - there is a reason why these are used in commercially. They are not as large as expected but still pretty functional. The pans are made very well. Thet are sturdy and durable. Easy to clean. I do like that it's a set so when I used them everything looks more uniform. I also like that each pan has its own lid and lids fit nicely. Pans look great and industrial. I have a few events coming up and these will do just fine.
