I needed a cable with one end at a right angle, and this fit the bill. I'm using it between a wall outlet (behind a couch) and a powered subwoofer. I can't say how it works for other applications, but it works great for what I have.

I got a new computer and was getting a lot of feedback and hissing through the speakers. These cables completely fixed the problem. No feedback or background hissing noises at all now. Both ends fit very snug and the cables feel high quality.
