This is tough brass. I connected it to the input of my RV. The downturn works great for connecting it to the campsites hose connection. I’ve had it for about six months and no issues.

Both my front and back silcocks are very low to the ground and hooking up my hoses was at times difficult. These have made it much easier and eliminated hose kinks. Very nice product and well made, should last for many years!

It is so much easier to disconnect my water hose from this connector and helps me from stripping the threads at the connection on the camper.

Seemed great until I overtightened it and it broke. Most of the metal is solid, but where the pipe attaches to the spinning nut, it is quite thin and snapped on me.
