I wish I could give 10 stars. We have been in freezing 6 days in a row, 2 days single digit I glueing this morning it was 1. Maintained a steady 66 inside. Very impressed. Easy to install. This one is down stairs covering about 700sq including a kitchen and living area. I wish it was comparable with Alexa, but we knew that when we bought it. We did put it in a bracket on side of building first. But within days took it off building and put on concrete pad on ground. We build livable inside metal workshop with spray foam insulation . We also bought flaring tool because we had to cut the line. Works good in app as well.

3 months since install and the unit is still working great. Have had temps close to 100 degrees with high humidity and it holds the temp I set it at with no problem. Install was not too bad, I had to run a new 240 line to the unit from the breaker box and install a power cut off. Unit is very quiet, even the outside condenser side.

Unit does not function. Cannot communicate with seller. They do not respond. Have tried everything. DO NOT BUY. SCAM!!!!!!!!

The AC works great not too sure how the heater will works, If someone knows please let me know. Easy to install. It does came in two different shipments few days a part.

The install is fairly simple and can be done with out assistance. I recommend you watch an installation video, and spend an extra 100$ on the vacuum pump and manifold. That takes the guess work out of tightening the lines. Additionally you will want the 30$ mounting bracket.
