I had an air HVAC company come to my house for a heating maintenance check up and they said my heat wasn’t working good because I needed a heat strip. So I had a friend come by and actually checked my heat strips and they both worked just one of them were disconnected. Thankfully I had him show me so I was able to return the product before I installed it.

This is a small element like a foot or less in size, I was looking for 22 inch in width and this might've been 8 or 10 inches in width, I was shocked to be honest because it looks large
