These are cheap, durable, and fit easily in your pack. And they’re lifesavers. I’ve used them to rescue people on the trail multiple times. I’ve even given one to people stranded on the trail. Read up on how to properly tow a dirt bike with another dirt bike before using (hint: use the pegs).

Used it for towing, and helping get bikes up some nasty hills, and it worked great. Small compact, fits in a fender bag or backpack real easy. I will be taking it with me anytime I go riding.

Had my bike towed twice - once on the tarmac for 2km and once to get out of a mud bog that swallowed my wheels.In both cases it was looped around my giant loop lift strap up front and tied to the other bike. The rubber handle on the lift strap took a beating but no worries for the tow strap.Bike is a DRZ400SM so a little heavier than your average enduro bike. Tow strap packs small so it's great to leave in the tail bag or backpack. Recommended!
