I use these for all my lightweight necklaces and bracelets. I've never had one fail or come in defective. I love that they include two closed jump rings, making my designs as secure as possible!

The packaging is dangerous and sharp. The box is difficult to open and when you put enough pressure to finally get it to pop open it rewards you by slicing open your finger. This would be no big deal if the product was at least useable. But once you remove the clasps from the bag with your bloodied thumb, you discover that the jump rings are already welded shut! Yes you read that right, the rings are welded closed! You can't even remove them from the clasps let alone install them on your necklace. In addition to this 1 out of the 4 was so poorly made that it did not close securely, and the gap left in the closed position was large enough for the jump ring to slide out of.

Now I don't know if you read that as I did but I expected 925 clasps and I only received 2 double clasp! Talk about surprise! I do not recommend this company. This was a gift for my 8 year old great granddaughter who has just started jewelry making

The claw opens wide making it easy to hook the other ring onto the clasp.The mechanism is also very smooth with a spring that isn't too stiff.A nice mechanism means that, although these are small (I ordered the 9mm clasps) they are very easy to use.Comes in a small zipper bag inside a latching clear plastic box. A cleaning cloth is also included.
