Bought larger size per other reviews to make sure slip fit. Elastic is comfy and 3" wide. Satin ribbon adds nice touch.

Never thought I'd be able to wear this type of skirt because I thought they were only made for skinny and thin girls. So THANK YOU truly for finally making a size for people that are fluffy like me!!! 💜 I hope the fashion industry really is changing like they claim. OK on to my review....I bought this to wear to the Madonna Celebration Tour concert and the idea behind it was the Papa Don't Preach vid and the Material Girl skirt Madonna wore on the stage of the VMA's. Even tho I kno it was white it was still poufy when she was rolling around. I was trying to combine the 2 looks along with some of her 80s looks.The skirt came with a ribbon that's supposed to be worn on the waist. It's long enough to tie a bow but I kept it folded since my shirt was on the outside. I'm 5'7" tall and it was tea length. It can be hemmed to wear any size but I didn't need it. I bought it in black as the rest of my clothes were too and I think it worked out pretty good for what I was trying to do. Since I ride a mobility scooter you may not be able to tell all of these things but I hope my description has helped give you some type of image to help you with your decision better. I absolutely will buy from this person again and highly recommend that you do also!
