I had a little metal grate filter on my hood fan when I moved in and since it was so porous, the whole housing of my fan was a sticky greasy mess. Plus, it was ugly. These have a mesh fabric filter that will trap all the grease so it doesn’t go into my housing and they are really attractive. The black mesh makes it match my old-school brown logo and it’s thick so it fits in the housing so much tighter and more silent. I could not be more pleased. It has transformed my 60 year old old school hood.

The hood over our stove is the original that came with the house, 30 years ago. Very old but washable and I had not really thought much about it over the years. Out of curiosity I searched and found that replacements were still available. I measured, matched and purchased this filter and it fit perfectly. It may be a little louder but I do like the charcoal odor absorbing layer and it looks so much better. It's the little things that can bring happiness to a kitchen. :) Works great and the price was right.

I ordered these as the original filter that was provided by my complex got really oily after few years and looked terrible and it was of really low quality as well once i got these they are a much better quality and still going strong its almost a year ago I bought these and they still look good, My old ones started looking shabby after 3 to 4 months, so quality wise big difference and also you get 3 so i would say it should last you a while before you would need to repace or order new sets. I highly recommend these

They were not manufactured for an RV Hood Fan for a 2018. However, the quality of the screen is good. With a pair of pliers I successfully made it work to fit the the hardware on the Fan Hood. It works well. Thank you
