Not a lot of room in the pan for vegetables, but enough to include small potatoes, carrots and the like for a couple of eaters, The chickens are great! Easy to clean in the dishwasher, as a bonus.

I used this to bake chickens in my oven, using red wine in a small can. The chickens always come out so delicious. However, I also use the pan to roast chicken breasts, thighs and legs. I’ve also cooked small roasts in it. It cleans up in a breeze. I often use heavy duty foil in the bottom so there is little to no cleanup. The stainless steel is really beautiful on this set. I find the handles very useful in removing it from the oven. Buy this pan because you will find lots of other uses for it in addition to roasting a chicken!

Works as advertised, could stand to be a littlebit bigger to hold more veggies... but chicken stand is stable. So you could move the stand to different pans or just use on grates. Will fit inside kamado joe classic 3.

Nice little set. I use the can holder on a different pan and put the chicken in the can holder pan. Makes a nice presentation. Plus my smoker would discolor it and since I already have a pan for that, why not.

Good item to have in your repertoire of barbecue tools. Pan size and chicken holder are large enough for a large chicken. The pan is stainless steel and cleans up easily after use. I also have used the pan for wrapping ribs around a pineapple
