This item was purchased some time ago there was a windshield wiper issue could not remove the windshield broke the housing as well as the mounting post as well this item purchased would use one to repair was done how to remove the arm again to adjust the door location the item grips actually pulls the wiper arm off without destroying the housing or the mouth like the first time if needing to get a windshield wiper arm off this is the excellent value price and tool to use and have whatever needed or Frenchman need in closing there’s nothing bad to say of this item but actually good made material and if needed specially if your mechanic this is the item to buy.

So ya it will work but the unit I received lost the tip that goes into the terminal very shortly after first using. I can not use it on a battery that is going back in a vehicle because it digs into the terminal and warps it. But still works as intended.

It's a cheap tool that broke on me the first time I used it.Would not buy again.

I struggled to remove a badly corroded battery cable on my tractor and found this tool. Well the jaws still had a tough time getting on the terminal and the best solution was to thoroughly treat the corrosion with a homemade paste of baking powder and water. Finally, with enough corrosion removed, I used a screwdriver blade to slightly open the terminal and get it off. This tool did not do what I hoped it would do. I have since tried it on another battery terminal with similar poor results.

The product came on time. I was able to detach the old bolt on my rear windshield wiper. Pulled the old arm right off!

Since this is a puller, I used it to pull a tone arm on and old record player gearbox.The lubricant had turned to glue and I couldn’t adjust the set down position correctly. Since this goes down to 6mm and I had a 10mm shaft this worked perfectly.

This product was easy to use, even for a lay person. It took about 30 seconds of just trying to get familiar with how it works, but once I figured it out it was super easy to actually use.
