Rarely am I disappointed by an item I order from Amazon. These folders/binders are not the quality I expected. The vertical clamps are not positioned correctly to keep the papers inside protected along the right hand side. The horizontal clamps seem to be positioned accurately. I ordered these for my children's workers at church to hold their lessons and worksheets, thinking the clamps would prevent the interference of the rings in a traditional binder (no holes obscuring words or parts of pictures). I would not order this item again.

It’s too slippery and the plastic covers don’t lay flat. But most importantly it does not fit 8 1/2 x 11 paper. The paper sticks out almost a quarter inch. The clamp seems to be all right, but I like it a little stronger. I had to throw them out could not use them.
