This ab roller is amazing. It is sturdy and smooth rolling. The hand holds are very comfortable. I get a great core workout in minimal time. Make sure you watch a video before using. I jumped right in and ended up feeling it in my back, not my abs. The video showed the necessity of engaging the core from the beginning and all the way through. You will definitely feel it and want to keep coming back for more.

Like other reviews say the wheels are really small so it won't work on carpet or gym mat. I have fake hardwood floors so it works out perfect on that surface

I had a feeling this would be poor quality but decided to go for it and see. I just wanted a very basic ab roller that would be easier on my wrists than those wheel with handles ones.It’s definitely not worth $30 I immediately boxed it back up and pressed the return/refund button.It would have been fine if the wheels were sturdier. The wheels are very small, junky quality and don’t even roll straight.

Bought this for my husband after I had ordered a different one from a different seller & it came with no handle bars lol So since you really need those to make it into the ab roller & not a paper weight, I took a chance & ordered this one. The box was in way better condition than my other purchase & everything was included YAY! My husband is a big guy at 6’4†& 270lbs & it holds him just fine. He said it gives him the right amount of resistance & is definitely a workout!

I like that the product is sturdy and well put together. The handles are large enough so you don't have to worry about injuring your wrists because of a shorter grip area.

Product wheels design is for flat/tile floor ONLY. Will not 🚫 work carpet. Not versatile and not easy to use. Wheels need a better design

Se ve y se siente de muy buena calidad es de gran tamaño lo que da mucha estabilidad. Los pad de las rodilla son los que se ven en la publicación. En verdad quede sorprendido con la calidad y tamaño del producto. Me gusto mucho lo recomiendo ampliamente.
