Easy to put together. Seems quite sturdy. When you first start using if you are a beginner do not try to roll all the way down. Take it slow take it easy and you will feel the burn after the first role. comes with a knee pad. Knee pad could be a little bit wider because in reality you do need to spread your knees a little bit more to get the proper position. Also comes with a jump rope that I probably will not use but I could give it away. Recommend

I have been working out with the wheel for 3 decades. It is one of the best workout devices. It strengthens your arms, legs, stomach, and chest. It is rowing without needing a boat. Plus, it gives you heart a workout. One has to be careful not to abuse one's knees but I heartily recommend it to those who want to stay fit.

Bought this as a valentine's gift for my fiance. He loves it. It was easy to assemble. The skipping rope is light, flimsy and useless. The kneeling pad is also lightweight and lifts off the ground when kneeled on. The ab roler works quite fine.

I bought this hoping it would be of better quality than some of the other brands I have used in the past. I worked out for the first time with it this week at the park, it performed really well on the basketball court and even in the grass! I was impressed that it rolled on the grass as well as it did. It is made really well, it's not wobbly and doesn't fall apart like other brands. It was super easy to put together and fit right back in the box after simply removing the handle. Eventually I'll just throw it in my gym bag. At the end of the day I am very impressed, glad I bought this one over the other options. 5/5

As once assembled, its gonna be that way for a long time so make sure to take care of the steel rod that's the main assembling part of the roller.10/10 would recommend.
