Hidden Key Pocket
Located within the ankle cuff you might find a pocket that can be used to store small items such as keys. It gets closed when you strap up the velcro.
Care Instructions:
1. Wash the leash together with your paddle board with fresh water.
2. Wash away any sand that comes in contact with the velcro strap.
3. Keep the velcro strap closed at all times when you are not using.
4. Hang it up loosely in a straight line to prevent it getting kinked.

Q: Should I choose a straight or a coiled leash?
A: Normally, choose a straight leash for surfing while choose a coiled one for stand up paddling. A coiled leash is a good option as it will prevent drag in the water. However, coiled leashes are usually used for stand up paddleboarding and not normal types of surfing as the strength in the coil weakens the cord.
Q: How to wear a surfboard leash?
A: First, straighten out the leash so there are no knots or tangles in the cord.
If wearing a wetsuit, roll up the wetsuit leg of the ankle you’ll be putting your leash onto.
Wrap the strap of the surfboard leash around your ankle. You want the strap to be facing backwards and to the outside of your ankle.
The strap should be secure enough so that it doesn't move and can't move around your ankle.
Fold back your wetsuit over the surfboard leash strap.

I have bought this leash before for my other board and what I like about it is how it doesn’t get tangled when you take off on a wave.The material makes it comfortable when you wear it around your ankle. Doesn’t scratch or come off when a five foot wave takes your board away from you

They also offered me a full refund, which I was tempted to take (because I bought a different leash), but then I thought, "Never bad to have two leashes on a good day." Michael got my address and just now sent me the tracking information, so i could see when the package arrives.All companies have problems with products. Not all companies have good people. Abahub has proven itself to be very customer-centric, and I'd encourage shoppers here to consider buying from them.

Have used it once with my SUP. Comfortable on my ankle. Seems durable. Plenty of Velcro on the strap for adjusting to different size ankles. Only complaint is that the stitching on one area is unraveling that I noticed after unpackaging; not worth returning for that flaw, so I put a match to it to melt the end and prevent it from further unraveling the stitching.

Our son loved this surf leash. We ordered the 6 foot leash and received it quickly. Wrapped and not open so knew we got a brand new one. Durable, made really well.Would recommend if you have a new surfer in your home.

Quality Surfboard leash at a sometimes good price. Pity that supply is "patchy" throughout the year and pricing varies wildly :-(
