the new phone for my desk was very slim and slippery. i couldn't hold it between my ear and shoulder plus use my keyboard. this is simple in design and very comfortable.

Ordered these for our store. On a desk telephone, they work just fine. Soft, and comfortable. On our portable phones, they are just too long to get a good fit, even though we cut some of the length off. For a full-sized phone receiver, they are wonderful!

If you prefer to use your land-line over your cell phone, I highly recommend this “shoulder/neck†rest as it will make your conversations much more enjoyable!

I do not find this product to be useful on long conversation. It is pretty on the phone, but I am still looking for the older version.
