I bought this to use in my RV when I was installing an inverter and needed another breaker. I have limited space and didn't have room for a regular breaker box. It is working great so far!This needs to be installed on a rail, but amazon has those. It needs to be installed somewhere that the wire is protected. It probably would not meet code for residential use. But it is great for what I am doing.

I built a greenhouse in the same space where we used to have a spa. So I had a 100amp 240VAC source where the spa was that I'm repurposing for the greenhouse. I used this mini circuit breaker to build a remote breaker box in the greenhouse and branch off a 20amp 120vac circuit. The breaker is well constructed and priced. Perfect for my use case.

This is a well built circuit breaker at a really good price point. I had a lot of difficulty finding something like this at the local hardware store, but luckily I found it on Amazon.It is very easy to install and the on/off throw is smooth and soft. There is lots of room in the terminals to put any size of wire and the screws are east to tighten. Thanks Amazon for carrying this item.

It does cut the power and it does jump when over rating.Be advised, no CSA approved on that.
