Wiring on my 2011 Chevy Avalanche LS gas pedal rotted and broke inside the connector on the pedal and I got the check engine light and power from engine was reduced. I had codes for traction control issues. It took a while to discover that one of the wires coming from the accelerator pedal had broken inside the connector. This pedal was an exact fit and fixed the problem

I was very pleasantly surprised. Even the dealer pedals which are more expensive can be temperamental but this worked right out of the box got rid of my code and frankly has a more aggressive pedal response which minimized the lag in the beginning of the GM pedal. You can see the difference on a scanner watch the throttle position number while lightly pressing. Result was a way cheaper solution and much nicer response at the beginning of the pedal. Recommended for anyone who needs a replacement and also to get rid of the drive by wire lag in the stock one.
