Fengze access panels are a commonly used building device that provide easy access to plumbing,electrical,HVAC or duct systems.
An access door or panel is installed into the existing drywall,mortar,tile or ceiling,and they have snap-in-place doors that open to plumbing valves,wiring or duct systems encased in the wall.

HOW DO I INSTALL A DRYWALL ACCESS DOOR ?
- Measuring – Drawer around the outside edge of the rear of the panel with a pencil.
- Cutting – To cut the drywall, drill each corner to allow you to saw with a jab saw or blade.
- Fitting – Offer the panel in and make sure it sits flush.
- Installing – Run a bead of adhesive around the underside of the frame and fit securely.
- Painting – Emulsion can be applied if required with a roller.

The tiny hinge knob broke off the first time I tried to open this door. The door is very difficult to pop open anyway, and then the hinges bound up, and pop the little knob off. Doors like this should smoothly open, not hanging up on any part of the mechanism.

An unknown tradesman decided to check wiring in my garage ceiling by cutting a hole in the gyprock and then leaving the hole without telling me. Hard to find reliable trades people these days. I has able to fit this myself according to straight forward instructions. Good value for money.
