These are better than i expected, they feel more like plastic than cardstock (i am pretty sure they are plastic) They have enough slots for a few years worth of inspections.(done monthly) This one order will be be enough to do monthly inspections on my 2 eyewash fountains for over 88 years!

I've only used a fine tipped sharpie pen on these so far, but they should take a ballpoint just fine. They are plastic, water proof and get the job done.
