Fields for all relevant info, seemed like the best choice. Sturdy polyethylene(?) or nylon should last years and allow simple cleaning compared with dusty old cardstock which can yellow and rip over time. Hoping they workout as good as they seem.Liked the info required by the inspector, seems like most solid compliance with OSHA regs and guidance. Others seemed to be lacking enough fields for my comfort.
