Spent 4 hours trying to get this to fit my 2008 Trailblazer 4.2 lt 113wb and it doesn't fit. Amazon's fitment guide "its fits 2008 Trailblazer" is wrong. each hole in the gasket is about 1/16 off and at first and second glance and line up you think it looks about like its right but its not! after crawling around for 3 hours comparing the oem one that was on the vehicle before and the new one sure enough the old one was just so slightly spaced differently as to the one bought here on amazon upon putting the gasket (and gasket maker) all over, upon bolting it up it would hit the gasket no matter what you did. Dont get your hopes up going to the local auto parts store and getting their fel-pro gaskets for the vehicles as they are wrong as well, I end up reusing the old gasket and cover. The new cover is razor sharp and will cut you (doubt GM would have it like that but the product came with the gm stickers to who am I to say) The correct gm part number if you have read this far is 12479379 and is your best shot.

Local auto parts houses only offered aftermarket premium parts. The OEM part fit perfectly, was absolutely identical to the original cover and included the gasket and new bolts.
