Probably one of the oddest throw away parts that GM came up with, funny how we went from mechanical fuel pumps to electric back to Mechanical.9 times out of 10 if you have an ECO-TEC with the high pressure fuel pump and you get a gas leak, its this freak of nature one-time-use part. while im pretty sure its just a normal fuel line that has the blue permatex fuel resistant dressing goo on it, i did not want to risk re using the gas line + permatex after installing a new HP fuel pump on my 13' terrain.$50 dollars for this odd ball fuel line is steep but its worth the money rather then having to go back in and replace it after trying to take a shortcut!

Must have tool to remove old part from fuel line. Tool can be purchased at most parts store for ~$6.00.
