Rebuilt my tbi unit with these gaskets and worked very good but, truck went for a repair and the tbi unit got stolen, guess for how clean it looked someone thought it was a brand new unit and swapped another dirty used one onto my truck

I have always been advised to use genuine ACDelco parts on my GM vehicles by professional mechanics. In the case of this repair kit, this was especially true. All the items were in the kit, none missing, and were well-made. The bonus here was that buying this kit through Amazon guaranteed that the price would be unbeatable, and it was. This project was my first time to rebuild a TBI unit, and because of the great experience obtaining the correct kit through Amazon, I would not hesitate to do it again on another unit in the future.

Not much to say about these kits. They are always the same, and they always work. My only gripe is they don't include the fuel line o-rings if I remember correctly. I'm not sure why ACDelco decided that, but there's worse things then finding 2 o-rings. I wish they offered a kit with the spring included instead of making you buy the fuel meter kit also, which includes duplicate gaskets. Or just sell the spring. The only springs I've been able to find by themselves have been from private companies, but I could be wrong.Regardless, great kit, cheap, includes good diagram and love the long fasteners for getting regulator started without having to fight small fasteners, the diaphram and the spring all at once.

The O-ring discrepancy when you look at the fuel lines they’re two different sizes so it one side which made the driver takes the bigger O-ring the passenger side which is smaller take the small green O-ring so that’s why it may seem like he doesn’t come with both sets of rings but it comes with them both you just gotta know the differenceGood kit for '94 TBI K1500 5.7.Not a complex rebuild, just take your time and don't gouge the aluminum surface fuel line O-Rings these should be replaced at time of rebuild.Be mine of the tbi gasket there is 2 different ones this comes with make sure u use the right one or you’ll have a vacuum leak & once u put the gasket on & seet it it won’t come off without destroying it

Comes with everything I needed to fix up the trottle body in my 91 G30 Chevy van mini school bus. Replaced everything (fuel injectors too) and she’s running much smoother now. It would be great to have an extra plastic washer for the fuel line in this set because it’s so easy to lose (which I did but found it after a day or so) and you can’t buy just that part.

Instruction sheet could be more complete. Those 2 small filter screens about 1/8 Inch in diameter included but not shown or mentioned in the instruction actually get pressed in to a hole in the outer diameter of each injector. Those 2 long screws included but not mentioned will help you when when tightening the regulator spring cover. Use them first on diagonally opposite corners to partially tighten the spring until you can insert 2 of the 4 original screws then remove them, and insert the other 2 original screws.I used this kit on 1987 TBI Suburban.

Perfect to rebuild my TBI from a junkyard.Fits perfectly and seems to withstand the pressure and all. How long will it last, who knows, but I trust it.Oh and it has the pressure regulating membrane, which is crucial, some kits don't apparently.Has washer for IAC. I need to put a new IAC valve TPS sensor to completely refurbish the unit.Got it on sale, super deal, thanks!
