Fit well on 2005 Liberty Sport 3.7L (note: my 05 has a history of using a lot of aftermarket parts designated "2006 Liberty", hence this worked on a 2005/2006 KJ Sport). Seems well made. Every bit as good as the old one that melted after ac compressor locked up. I will likely buy this pulley again if the need arises. Pathetic lack of measurements in description, so I will do the job for another company passing the buck! Item "ACDelco Gold 38009 Flanged Idler Pulley" is 3.25" diameter and the hole is 0.66" (16.85mm). Giving 5 stars because the item itself seems worthy.

I thought you had to replace the whole tensioner assembly. You do not. One simple screw and replace this pulley. Will buy again.

Some people were asking which face is the front, the thicker or thinner rim.I've included a few pictures using a height scribe to demonstratethat the pulley is ambidextrous.It doesn't matter which way faces to the front.And both ways will function and align your belts perfect.In my pictures .. the lighter grey pulley is original.The darker brown one is the replacement pulley.You can see that the center ridge of the pulley isperfectly centered .. on both new or old pulleys,no matter which way you install it.The bearings are perfect. And look to be of excellent quality.And have just the right stiffness for a quality sealed pulley.Keep in mind, a new sealed pulley should be slightly stiff to spinning,as your old pulley had the seals worn out, so it would spin easier.Probably why your replacing it.Or, like mine .. it was dried out and sometimes squealing.Although the pulley is slightly larger in diameter,it still fits into the system flawlessly. On a Vortec 6000, 2001 GMC C3.Yes, the GMC C3 came from the factory with a Corvette engine !The pulley being slightly larger ... works in your favor .. as it will spin slower at all rpms.Recap .. the pulley isidentical in every way that matters, possibly better than the original.Sept 2031.P.S. if one pulley is at the end of It's service life ..then all 3 pulleys are as well, and should be replaced.One idler pulley, one tension pulley, and that tough to get to .. air-con pulley with tensioner.I added a couple extra pictures of the idler pulley and air-con pulley.P.S.S. I did pop the covers off, and repack with new grease .. my original pulley's bearings seals ..and it was the seals that were shot, so after one highway-trip,most of the grease did get back out.
