DOES NOT FIT '98 F150 - This unit does not have one of two wiring connectors so I know it does match. Amazon should be more careful because if the mismatch was less obvious, it could have resulted in someone mounting the wrong part and creating a serious safety issue.UPDATE: This is for vehicles WITHOUT cruise control.Upgraded to 3 stars because I see that AFTER you filter by vehicle a statement appears that reads THIS FITS YOUR VEHICLE note: for vehicles without cruise control and frankly, I'm not sure the '98 Lariat was made without CC so it's still a bit misleading. Lesson learned - read the fine print.

Bought for 97Ford F150 but they are AC Delco parts that are for GM models not Ford. But Amazon sent AC Delco parts that are a massive headache to deal with.AMAZON would not take responsibilityBUYER BEWARE

First thing I have ever tried to replace on a vehicle. Item was on time and easy to install and i am NOT the slightest mechanically gifted. Saw how to put it on on youtube. Went out and did it with a bleeding helper in about 20 mins.. Has worked well since.. GOOD purchase..

Looks like all parts are there. I am just keeping it in storage now since my master cylinder is still functioning. But my truck is approaching the years when parts and seals begin to fail. I may regret this buy since the warranty will be long over by the time I need this part, but the price for acdelco parts was tempting.

This master cylinder was an exact OEM replacement for my 1992 F-250 7.5L. It came with everything needed to install it including instructions for bench bleeding procedure. With a trusted brand like ACDelco, you cannot be the prices at Amazon compared to local auto part stores.
