I've noticed that the aftermarket grommets gets soft and bloated like and can easily fall into the valve covers. OEM is the only way to go for me.

Used this with Proform 141-616 Push-In 3" Air Breather. Worked great at stopping the oil leak that I had with the original proform cap that came with the valve covers.

These fit the oil filler tube extension and the PCV valve, both in the passenger-side valve cover.
