Great replacement for an old worn out winch. Seems to be well constructed and the install was super easy. The winch has no issue pulling my 17ft boat on the trailer.

Replaced old winch that had given up the ghost on my drift boat trailer after 30 years. This unit appears to be up for the challenge of many more years. As expected, I had to tighten strap a few times once installed and trailering for the first couple uses so the strap was compacted on the hub and now holds tight every time I launch and recover the boat.

Fit perfectly to the mounting platform on my boat trailer. So far,so good as to functionality but it will take more time to determine if the steel is of a quality that the gearing does not prematurely wear. I have found that items made in China are often substandard but does not become apparent right away. This winch looks to be heavier duty but time will tell. I do like the 20 foot winch strap that was supplied.

I had the product 2 days from ordering. Before it came the company sent me an email thanking me for the order and letting me know if there were any issues they would be there for me. Winch arrived and installed quickly. Quality materials. Very happy!

These winches are well built not cheap tin but steel the handle is a bonus. If Your looking for a sturdy well built winch grab one of these if you can .You won't be disappointed.
