My daughter loved this bike. I say loved because someone stole it. She had it for 2 years and it grew with her. Easy to put together and sturdy. Smooth ride as well.

Fender metal is thin. I had to un tweak the fender when trying to flex it to line up. Check and recheck all the nuts and bolts that came preassembled. Lost a nut for the seat and 1 for the rear fender AFTER I checked everything. If you don’t have tools the kit that comes with it is more than ample for reuse. I used it several times vs digging in the garage. My daughter loves it.

I regret wasting money on this bike just bc if the style - the quality is horrible it’s already rusted and molded from being outside when I’ve put based preassembled bikes from Walmart that lasted over 5 years without doing so - the chain falls off constantly after fixing it several times and it rides crooked so the pieces must have come bent bc it’s been assembled perfectly - do not recommend please don’t waste your money! Would give no stars if I could

It is difficult for a beginner child to start moving with the bike. I always find myself having to push my 7 years old daughter to get her starting. I believe that the coaster brake is largely responsible for this. At the time I purchased the bike, I did not know that the bike is equipped with coaster brakes - my fault for not reading the product description carefully. I purchased hand brakes and installed them which made braking easier and safer, but this did not solve the challenge with starting motion and pedaling in general.

My daughter picked this bike, and she loves it, I did have to assemble it, but it wasn't that hard at all, took me maybe 10-15 minutes, and she was on it!
