I run about 6-7 miles daily and hurt my Achilles last week to the point it really hurt while running. This strap is barely noticeable and reducing pain about 95 percent. I also wear it after running to keep relief going all day. Not the most durable but for the price it produces outstanding results.

Surprisingly it works well my only complaint is if you have smaller ankles you have excess Velcro showing that tends to catch cloth fibers from your pants/socks causing the Velcro to fill with fuzzies

made a huge difference in the Achilles tendonitis. I loved it and ordered a second.This is an edit and covers both of the units I purchased.They do work well and help the tendonitis. The materials used in the construction are not as good as they could and should be. The velcro hook side loses the gripping strength and the fabric that fits around the ankle has a slot for the velcro to slide through and attach the the unit itself. This should be reinforced since the tension tears the material. A good stitch would help around the slit kinda like a buttonhole. The second unit was shorter in length and will probably speed up the deterioration of the slit in material. But again they do work and if I cannot find a stronger build I will buy another in a month or so unless I can learn how to sew and make one.

Have had an Achilles issue (pain when walking) for a week or so and was looking for easy and inexpensive relief. This thing was too simple to believe but compared with the other options appeared to be the simplest and most functional. The price was right and the reviews were mostly favorable so I took a chance. It arrived today and I immediately strapped it on and instantly felt the difference. I won’t say there is a 100% improvement but there is definitely a significant reduction in the level of pain that allows me to somewhat walk normally which should contribute to a faster recovery. I am happy with this product. You can spend more for a more complex set up, however, I don’t honestly believe you’ll get a better product or a faster result. That’s it…

These don’t work. These are very uncomfortable and rub against your skin, and the Velcro falls apart after a while, especially in the heat.

The strap appears to be made decently, except for the slit for running the strap through...the seams are not sewn so the velcro causes the edges to fray extremely badly. The compression is not as much as I feel I need to support the Achilles as it stretches a lot after only one day's wear. Would not buy again.Recommend only if you do not need full compression.

I was looking at super expensive braces for the Achilles tendonitis but decided to see if this unobstrusive and fairly inexpensive gizmon would work. Did it ever, she has bad tendonitis from competitive soccer and now she can both prevent and treat it easily. My achilles tendon was sore and might have kept me up at night but i put it on and within a minute felt instant relief. Cannot recommend enough, it's worth a try!

en lo personal no me funcionó para nada, lo que sà es que en cuanto compré unas plantillas completas y adicional usé unas para los talones wooooow me dejó de doler, ésto es como todo, prueba y error, seguir buscando hasta que algo nos funcione, asà que opino que primero intenten con las plantillas para ajustar bien su calzado y sino pues ya probar con ésto ya que el precio es algo elevado, el material muy sencillo y repito en lo personal a mà no me funcionó
