These are legal size punchless binders. I love punchless binders, saves time, keeps papers together and it is easy to add papers or take papers out First time you use the spring can be ticky but once you get the hang of it, you can skip the hole punch step.

It can hold 160 pages as claimed but shifted (sliding out) after being carried in backpack. 13.1” width is unnecessary for 11x17” paper.
