STEP 1
Cut the Speaker Hole
Use the included cutout template to mark the mounting position. Cut all the way around the circle with a cutting saw.
STEP 2
Wire the Speaker
Route the wire to the input connectors. Insert the conductor into each spring loaded connector.
STEP 3
Install the Speaker
Insert the speaker into the hole until the frame is flush with the ceiling. Tighten all four screws to mount the speaker.
STEP 4
Attach the Grill
Install the grill by simply pushing it evenly into the hole until it snaps in place.

Installed in basement ceiling. Remodeled basement and installed rock wool insulation above ceiling; installed these speakers for a 5.1 surround sound although I didn't buy a subwoofer, wanted to see how these sounded first. I have been blown away by how good these inexpensive speakers sound, and I absolutely don't need a subwoofer as these speakers produce impressive bass. I have another 5.1 surround system in my living room and need the 8" sub for that setup. I highly recommend these speakers to anyone wanting an exceptionally good value system.

These are a little bigger than I thought they would be but it's fine and they fit/ work well. Good price. Happy with them so far.

Just finished installing them. I went from an older pair of Bose 301’s to (4) celling speakers. I’m using the setup for ambient background music. I’m pushing them with a 15-year-old Yamaha receiver. From an overall sound quality over (2) Bose speakers is a vast improvement. I have a 2-story house with about 16†gap between the floors, so once installed they sound good!Pro’s:Cost effective (I went with the 5-pack of speakers. I’m using 4, keeping one on hand in case one fails in the future.)Cons:Just like everyone else here, the front grills need to be redesigned! They are over difficulted to work with! As for removing the grills, I ended up using a tiny nail and worked it around the edge slowly prying the grill off. As for reinstalling? There’s no easy way to get them back on! I had one that I fought with for 15 min! I ended using a pair of tin-snips and made a small cut on the edge to take some pressure off the edge as to slide it back on.I would have given it a 5-Star review, but the grill issue needs to be addressed. Overall I’m very happy with them. For the price

I am loving these speakers. They sound absolutely amazing. I originally planned to buy Polk ceiling speakers and was ready to shell out almost a grand for them, and then I saw these on Amazon while researching. The reviews were very good, so I contacted the company because I couldn't find a manual that I could look at to help me decide. They sent me one immediately. I asked them why they don't advertise and they told me that they put their money into making the best speaker they can and let word of mouth do the rest. Well, they sold me. I am not a picky audiophile, but I do like my sound system to deliver and these speakers do the job. I already had a Polk subwoofer and combined with these speakers in my man cave, they sound amazing. Tested their limits with songs like YYZ, Tin Pan Alley, Jack of Speed, Get Lucky and, of course, Bohemian Rhapsody. All sounded amazing and hit the individual speakers right where they were supposed to. For movies, the surround was spot on. You may not believe that a sub $200 set of five speakers can deliver like this, but I am here to say that they absolutely do.As for installation, they are light enough (4lbs each) that you do not need a weight distribution bracket for the ceiling tile. Just use the template to set the hole, cut the tile, drop the speaker in and secure the bracket. Took no time at all.

I thought that for the money I paid, these would be a little shoddy....NOT the case at all. They are well made, easy to install and sound excellent. The front screens are a pain in the neck to get back on when the speaker is mounted, but patience will prevail.Honestly, these are really good. I'm thrilled to pieces. Such good value for money.

Don’t be fooled by the price!! These speakers are awesome!!! Excellent sound. Comparable or better than known brands. Do not hesitate to buy. Excellent service by seller. One speaker broken during shipping but replaced without hesitation.
