The frame on an Indian Scout is not like most bikes, a Universal lock would not fit. I tried a lock that attached to the highway bars. That didn't work so well as the bars were larger than the design of the lock. I should have gone for one that was made for the bike. The Acouto lock installed quickly, no problems and works as advertised. Happy days.

Easy to install and works great! Avoid the combo version though if you have big fingers. The combination version has small #s cramped together.

I’d give it less than 1 star if I could. My 6 year old was able to pull it open with one finger without even trying. Returned it the same day I got it. Hard part now is finding an ACTUAL lock…

5 stars for the product... 1 star for the description and packaging.It didn't come with any mounting hardware, even though the description and pictures clearly show it's supposed to. What you see in my pictures is all that was included... 2 keys and a lock. Luckily, the stock bolts are long enough to securely hold it in place.Also, there were no installation instructions included. That wasn't really a big deal... pretty easy to figure out, but just FYI.It may not be the most convenient location, but it does what I ask it to do. No complaints on the functionality. Seems like it should hold up well over time... if not, I'll let you know.
