I liked that the kit came with everything needed from easels, paints, brushes and canvas. I also ordered butcher block paper to protect the table. This provided hours of fun for two holiday family dinners. I highly recommend.

These worked perfect for a surprise birthday for my daughter in love to do portrait paintings of everyones significant others (and grandpa/granddaughter). I purchased another set elsewhere and the stands were super cheap. These stands were sturdier, but did still fall over a little. Can't imagine how the other stands would have been. I liked that it had 16 canvases vs 8, so we can do it again in the future. The paint was small portions, but worked fine for what we did. May would have to replace some colors for the next round, but not all. Overall, I would recommend this set as a whole. *This is not a paid review.

I ordered these for my nieces to keep them busy for the weekend, so it was awesome that this kid came with 2 of everything. It was definitely a cheap entertainment option for them, but it's definitely for kids and not for adults or serious crafters. The canvases themselves are sturdy, but thin. The paints are nice, but most of the caps to the colors would not stay closed once opening, so we wound up having to throw all of them away after just once use to avoid a mess in storage (they would have dried out anyway). Also, the easels have a hard time staying standing because of the design, so they fell several times while the girls were painting. Overall, a great idea to keep kids busy and off of screens, but the product design could use some work.

I got these to keep my kids occupied over breaks from school. The canvases have quite a bit of bounce (as compared to another paint set we used recently). I was able to wedge some leftover wooden biscuits into the corners, but for a smaller canvas, I really shouldn’t have needed to. One of the easels was wobbly, so I just had one of them put the canvas on the table. The brushes were just ok. One of them was losing bristles, but that could have been a user issue (too much pressure and twisting brush). The paints were decent but you had to really press hard to get the caps back on. I threw away one strip because the top kept popping off the green paint tub. I probably wouldn’t buy this set again.

Who knew a tiny easel and canvas could spark so much creativity—and chaos—on a Zoom call? This set was the MVP of our remote holiday activity. We all channeled our inner Van Gogh (or maybe Bob Ross) and tried to paint gingerbread houses. Some of us created festive works of art, while others… let’s just say their houses would need a major renovation. The canvases were the perfect size for quick, fun paintings, the paint colors popped nicely, and the easels made it feel all official—like we were real artists. Pro tip: keep a few paper towels handy because things can get messy, but hey, isn’t that part of the fun?10/10 would recommend for team bonding, holiday laughs, and an excuse to humblebrag about your “artistic skills†in front of coworkers!
