I purchased this air flow meter to help calibrate the 22LPM air assist on my laser cutter when balancing air flow vs. engraving power on various materials. For that purpose, it's been wonderful - I was able to mark the air assist power dial (which was not very linear) for approximate flow rates as indicated by the flow meter, and then disconnect the flow meter for normal operation. The meter does need to be secured in a vertical orientation, but can also be used to dial the pressure back gradually (I didn't really need that, but the capability is there).

This is a nice little flow meter. The control valve is very smooth and will completely close the flow to zero. The ball rides steadily in the channel, and the gauge is easy to read. In case you need to know, the maximum pressure rating on this meter (0.6 MPa) is 87 PSI. I have some devices I need to test, and this flowmeter will help in those tests. It really seems like a good quality.
