For a toy this is a great product. The PEQ-15S Pro UHP (5mW or less) next to a real LA-5B (4.5mW low/ 20mW high VIS)(0.6mW low/ 25mW high IR). White phosphorus NVG used to see the IR lasers. The photos speak for themselves. The 450nm blue laser is much easier to see in daylight than the 645nm red laser on high (not depicted in photos). At night the blue is a bit too bright and blooms much more making it less accurate internal buildings for CQB. For the visible spectrum I'd pick the toy but for IR the real deal wins hands down. Especially when used with the IR illuminator (not depicted in photos). Both of the cases, externally seem very similar. The weak point for the toy is the internals and durability in adverse environmental & weather conditions. I'm pretty sure it's not designed for real firearms. Time will tell how well the toy holds up on my training airsoft rifles. 24+ years real world experience with PEQ-2s, PEQ-15s, LA-5Bs, & LA-5Cs I've never had one fail on me.

The knock off peq16 that you see above works exactly like stated. During the hours of high noon you won't be able to see thw visible laser (obviously). However at night boy oh boy does that little light shine. Extremely easy to identify targets and zeroing is a breeze. Both white light and visible laser come with a lens cap, I recommend keeping them to aid better longevity with performance. The price point I think is fantastic. Very sleek design and doesn't take up much space on the rail. I haven't had a problem like the mount running loose and I have yet to throw blue lock tight on it so that's a plus. Pressure pad is great however the adhesive is pretty trash both button and pressure pad respond immediately and have an audible noise if your hearing is good enough.

Be careful where you shine it when testing out hoe far it works. Cause you wont be let down. If your curious and want to see it bounce around in the sky, dont live near an airport, always at least do a sound and sight check before using. If you can, download the app that lets you see any commercial flights in your area. And please, dont ever see if itll reach the highway/interstate sign you can see from your house that's a couple miles down. Just take my word for it. It works. It just sounds like it could turn into a catastrophe (when the highway was empty, and we could see both ways pretty far since we live in an upper unit. He blinked it quickly.) The beam stays dense or concentrated or however you want to say it. My boyfriend's first one was stolen. And we can't afford to buy things this expensive very often (i know its not all that expensive though) but we replaced it pretty quickly, actually. The IR beam is visible and we've looked at it through night vision camera and through a scope or some kind of goggle things. So, 100% sure that it really works. We never used on an airsoft gun, he usually uses it on either his Crosman / Panther Arms DPMS SBR Full Automatic CO2 Target BB Air Rifle or sometimes his bb pistol but its almost too big to fit.It holds perfectly on the replika ar 15 air rifle. Even when heating both of the co2s up with a torch lighter causing the rifle to shoot much harder. On a real gun, i wouldnt expect it, too. But with the heated up co2s, it still works impressingly. And i hope nobody is freaking out about me posting you can heat up the co2s and everyone thinking it'll explode. Yeah, probably with enough heat for enough time. But if you get them too hot, they just wont fire until they cool down a bit. I'm only posting about it to give extra props to the manufacturers.

Works as it should, eat batteries though. Plastic not metal. other than that I like it so far not sure if it holds zero on the laser.

unfortunately my unit came dead on arrival. Brand new batteries in, and no laser or visible light function. Had the OG version before and wanted a cheapy for another build that would only go to the range. Highly recommend any other brand.

I was blown away with how well this works. The white light is stupid bright indoors or during night hunts. Blue laser makes for easy tracking with naked eyes. IR laser is like a death ray under NODs. Only downsides to me were that the housing is plastic, and that you can independently zero the lasers. They're slave to each other, but only one can be accurate due to them both being pointed only straight instead of converging.

This is surprisingly a really good blue laser. The Beam is very thick and visible. I’ve bought a green 300 dollar laser that’s not as good as this. This is not meant for putting on a Real Rifle, so don’t think buying a 90 Dollar plastic IR Designator is going to do the job that’s normally $1,500 lol. This is great for Looks, Airsoft, and Training. But not as a practical application used for a real weapon. You pay for what you get, this is Amazon. The price is good for the quality of the laser.

It's a $90 polymer case PEQ15, but a little loctite and it's not bad. The blue laser is brighter than any laser I've seen, direct sunlight is the only place that is tough to see it. The IR laser works obviously, but i don't have the kinda money to actually use it. I use streamlight, so the light is embarrassing in my opinion, good for indoor use. Out of the box, it will not hold zero on an actual rifle, but if you back the adjustment screws out and add blue loctite, they hold. If you don't wanna do that, a dab of hot glue on top of the screw will hold it too. Mines on a 6.5 grendel and I've had it for 3 years now without issues, thrown around and countless battery cycles. I would still consider it a $90 gamble though based on other reviews..
